FCT Dev is an operator-led AI implementation firm based in Santo Domingo. Fernando Calle works directly with each team to understand the work, design the right system, and carry it through testing, documentation, and handoff.
We started FCT around a simple belief: AI creates its best value when it makes capable people dramatically more capable. The goal is not to remove the person from the process. It is to remove the drag around them, sharpen their decisions, and give them more time for customers, craft, and growth.
Fernando brings nine years of experience across data, analytics, and AI, including work at Thryv and Oyster in the United States.
