This Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through fct.dev. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Who handles your data
fct.dev is operated by FCT Holdings LLC (Wyoming, USA) and Grupo Calle S.R.L. (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic). One of these entities is the controller of your personal information depending on your jurisdiction (FCT Holdings for US clients, Grupo Calle for the Dominican Republic and the rest of Latin America).
2. What we collect
Booking information: when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your name, email, and the answers you give in the booking form. Communications: if you email us, we receive your address and message. Payment information: when you become a client, payments are handled by our providers (Stripe for US clients, Azul / Grupo Popular for Dominican clients, Wise for other LATAM invoicing); we do not store full card or bank details.
3. What we do not do
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, scope and deliver services, send service-related messages, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
5. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us operate (for example Cal.com for scheduling, Stripe / Azul / Wise for payments, and our email and hosting providers), and where required by law. Those providers process your data under their own policies.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing fernando@fct.dev. We honor the rights that apply to you under Dominican and US law.
7. International processing, changes, and contact
We operate from the Dominican Republic and the United States, so your information may be processed in either. We may update this Policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions: fernando@fct.dev.
