These Terms apply to your use of fct.dev. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
fct.dev is a trade name operated by two entities: FCT Holdings LLC, a limited liability company in Wyoming, USA ("FCT Holdings"), and Grupo Calle S.R.L., a company in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic ("Grupo Calle"). Clients in the United States contract with FCT Holdings; clients in the Dominican Republic and the rest of Latin America contract with Grupo Calle. In these Terms, "FCT", "we", and "us" mean the applicable entity.
2. These Terms and your agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and the general information on it. The scope, price, timeline, and specific terms of any engagement are set out in the separate written agreement (proposal or statement of work) you sign with the applicable entity. If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. The services
We provide Workflow Automation, Data & Analytics, and Claude Enablement services. Information on this site describes our general capabilities. The services, responsibilities, and any result commitments for an engagement are only those stated in the signed agreement.
4. Engagement terms
The duration, renewal, support, and termination terms for an engagement are set in the signed agreement. Either party may end an engagement only as that agreement permits.
5. Payment
Fees, the billing entity, and the payment method are set in your agreement and depend on your jurisdiction: US clients are billed by FCT Holdings (via Stripe), Dominican clients by Grupo Calle (via Azul), and other Latin American clients are invoiced in USD. Taxes are your responsibility except where we are required by law to collect them.
6. Ownership
Client accounts, credentials, source data, permission settings, and approval rules remain under client control where the relevant platform permits. Rights in project-specific deliverables are stated in the signed agreement. FCT retains its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, reusable materials, and know-how. Third-party software, licensed models, and platform infrastructure remain subject to their providers' rights and terms.
7. Third-party services
Our work integrates third-party tools (for example Anthropic’s Claude, n8n, and your CRM and other software). Those tools are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or changes.
8. Disclaimers and liability
This website and the general information on it are provided "as is". Specific service commitments apply only when they are stated in your signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
Engagements with FCT Holdings are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Engagements with Grupo Calle are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
